Big Ten is likely to give slide soccer a shot after all.

Less than five weeks right after pushing soccer and other slide sporting activities to spring in the title of player safety during the pandemic, the conference improved study course Wednesday and claimed it ideas to start its season the weekend of Oct. 24. Each and every team will have an eight-game timetable.

The Massive Ten mentioned its Council of Presidents and Chancellors voted unanimously Tuesday to restart sporting activities. The emergence of day-to-day fast-reaction COVID-19 tests, not out there when university presidents and chancellors made a decision to pull the plug on the period, assisted induce a re-vote.
