Foxes could possibly be sly, but a person in New Jersey has the focus span of a fruit fly.

A youthful guy only threw his basketball at a fox that was attacking an 8-year-old woman — and the stunned critter bolted.

The woman, Dylan Dratch, was participating in in a brook in a friend’s yard in Livingston, about 20 miles exterior Manhattan, when the fox walked up and commenced biting her feet.

Her screams caught the consideration of 20-12 months-previous Matthew Nichter, who was outside the house participating in a choose-up activity with an additional neighbor’s three tiny boys. He created a rapidly break for the girl.
