James Murdoch resigned from the News Company board of administrators on Friday.
Murdoch’s resignation is productive immediately, in accordance to the company, and decreases the board’s dimension to 10 customers.
“My resignation is owing to disagreements about specific editorial content released by the Company’s news stores and particular other strategic selections,” Murdoch claimed in a letter announcing his final decision.
James is the son of Rupert Murdoch, the former CEO and chairman of Information Corp and the recent executive chairman. His brother, Lachlan Murdoch, is co-chairman of the board.
